Roll the die, draw a part, and be the first to finish! Roll a Christmas Tree is a quick Christmas game for two or more players. All you need is a die, a pencil and these printable pages.
How to play
- Take turns rolling the die.
- Draw the part that matches your number: 1 trunk, 2 green tree, 3 star on top, 4 ornaments, 5 garland, 6 gifts.
- You need a 1 first, then add the other parts in any order.
- Rolled a part you already have? Pass the die.
- The first player with a finished picture wins!
What’s inside
- Rules and dice key with a picture of every part
- Roll and draw: a game sheet with space for 2 players
- Roll and color: a finished picture to color part by part; roll a double to color one gift or one ornament
- Make your own die: cut, fold and glue a paper die, so you can play even without one
Why kids love it
Every player ends up with their own little Christmas tree. Children practice counting dots, taking turns and drawing simple shapes like triangles, circles and squares.
Who it is for
Made for kids about 3 to 8, at home, in class or at a Christmas party. Black line art that prints well on any printer. Print at 100% on US Letter paper (A4 works with “Fit to page”). Print the die on card stock.
