This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Activity Puzzle (“we”, “us”) collects on activitypuzzle.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Who we are. Activity Puzzle is operated by Alexander Popov, based in Türkiye. For any privacy question or request, email us at info@activitypuzzle.com.
What we collect
When you download a free printable
- A random identifier stored in a cookie (
pzl_download_token). It lets us count how many free printables have been downloaded from your browser in the last 30 days. - A one-way scrambled (“hashed”) version of your IP address, stored together with the time and the printable you downloaded. We cannot turn the hash back into your IP address. We use it only to apply download limits fairly and to prevent abuse.
When you give us your email address
- Your email address.
- A record of your consent: the date, time and wording you agreed to.
- Whether you confirmed your address by clicking the link we sent you.
- Which page or printable you signed up from.
When you buy a product Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle collects your payment details, billing address and tax information directly. We never see or store your full card number. Paddle shares with us your name, email address, the product you bought and the order status, so that we can deliver your files and help you with support.
Technical data Like every website, our server keeps standard technical logs (for example error logs) for security and troubleshooting. If you arrive from a link that carries campaign tags (for example from Pinterest), we may record which campaign brought you to the site.
We do not use advertising trackers. At the time of writing we do not use any third-party analytics service.

Emails
We use double opt-in: you are added to our mailing list only after you click the confirmation link in the first email. Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
Sponsored content. Our newsletter may include short sponsored picks: products or services from partners that we think are useful for families and teachers. Sponsored items are always labelled as sponsored. Sponsors only buy space in our email. We never sell, rent or share your email address or any other personal data with them.
Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site:
- Hostland, our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
- MailerLite (MailerLite UAB, Lithuania, EU), which stores our mailing list and sends our newsletters.
- Paddle.com, which processes orders and payments as the Merchant of Record.
- Google, only if you arrive through Google Search. We do not install Google tracking on our site.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
- Download counters and hashed IP records: up to 180 days.
- Unconfirmed email signups: deleted after 30 days.
- Confirmed subscribers: until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we keep only a minimal record for up to 12 months to make sure we don’t email you again. After that it is anonymized.
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Turkish law KVKK and US state privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- access your data;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent.
To use any of these rights, email info@activitypuzzle.com. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use only a small number of cookies that the site needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
Children
Our printables are made for children, but the site is intended for parents, teachers and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under 16 in the EU. If you believe a child has given us their email address, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we will notify subscribers by email.
