Before you write
A file will not print correctly? Open the PDF in a current browser or PDF reader, choose Actual size or 100%, and print one test page. On A4 paper, choose Fit to page.
A download did not start? Refresh the printable’s page and click the download button again. Some browsers save PDFs straight to the Downloads folder without opening them.
Found a mistake in a puzzle or an answer key? Tell us which printable and which page. We fix mistakes quickly and are grateful for every report.
A question about an order? Orders are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can reply to your Paddle receipt email or write to us with the email address you used to buy. See also our Refund Policy.
