These Terms apply when you use activitypuzzle.com (“the site”) and any printable files you download or buy from it. The site is operated by Alexander Popov, based in Türkiye (“Activity Puzzle”, “we”). Contact: info@activitypuzzle.com.
By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Free printables
Many printables on the site are free. You may download up to 3 free printables every 30 days without giving us any details. After that, we ask for your email address, which you confirm with a link we send you. Once confirmed, you can keep downloading free printables. We may change these limits at any time.
2. Paid products
Some products are sold for a one-time price.
Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Price and tax. Prices are shown before checkout. Paddle calculates and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.
Delivery. Right after your payment is confirmed, you receive your files as a download link. The link is shown on screen and also sent by email. Nothing is shipped physically.

3. What you may do with our printables (license)
All printables, artwork, characters and puzzles on the site are protected by copyright and belong to Activity Puzzle. When you download or buy a printable, we give you a personal, non-transferable license. You may:
- print as many copies as you need for your own family;
- print copies for your own classroom, homeschool group or therapy practice. This applies to one teacher or practitioner and their own students or clients;
- share a link to the printable’s page on activitypuzzle.com;
- share photos of completed pages on social media.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense or give away the digital files, whether original or modified;
- upload the files to other websites, shared drives, marketplaces (for example Teachers Pay Teachers or Etsy) or school-wide systems;
- claim our artwork or puzzles as your own;
- use our files, characters or artwork to create products for sale.
If you want to use our printables in a way that is not listed here, for example across a whole school or for commercial use, email us first.
4. Acceptable use
Do not try to get around download limits in an abusive way, for example with automated scripts or mass-created email addresses. Do not attack or overload the site, or try to access areas you are not allowed to. We may block access that breaks these rules.
5. Accuracy and availability
We check every printable carefully, including every answer key. Even so, mistakes can occasionally slip through. If you find one, tell us and we will fix it. We may change, update or remove printables. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available without interruption.
6. Liability
Printables are designed to be used under adult supervision. Always follow common-sense safety rules, especially for activities that involve scissors or small parts. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page, with its effective date, is the version that applies.
