14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
You have two options:
- Reply to your order confirmation email from Paddle, or visit paddle.net and look up your order.
- Email us at info@activitypuzzle.com with the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your order number.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. The money goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Problems with a file
If a file will not open, a page is missing, or you find a mistake in a puzzle or answer key, please email us first. We will send you a corrected file right away. If we cannot fix the problem, you can still have a refund, even after 14 days.
Free printables
Free printables cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If a free file doesn’t work for you, just let us know and we will help.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
