Sample Easter clues
The Easy puzzle has a word bank (April, Bunny, Hop, Hunt, Paint and Tulip), so kids can check their spelling as they go.
The Medium and Challenging puzzles have no word bank. Two clues from the Challenging page: “Orange vegetable that rabbits love” and “Baby sheep with soft wool”. The answers are on the answer pages.
Who it is for
Made for 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders (about ages 7 to 10). Kids build spelling, vocabulary and reading clues while they work. A note for grown-ups: Egg hunts, where kids search for hidden eggs, are a classic Easter party game.
