Kindergarten Sight Word Worksheets (Dolch Primer)

52 free kindergarten sight word worksheets, one for every Dolch primer word: read and color, trace, write, spell, find it and use it in a sentence.

Sight word worksheet for the word all: bubble letters, dotted words to trace, letter boxes and a find-the-word activity

Sight words are the little words that show up in almost every sentence. This free pack has one page for each of the 52 words on the Dolch primer list, so children can learn them one at a time.

What’s on every page

  • Read and color: the word in big bubble letters, with a friendly 3D character
  • Trace it: two rows of dotted words on handwriting lines
  • Write it: a row to write the word on their own
  • Spell it: one box for each letter
  • Find it: circle the word among look-alike words
  • Use it: read a short sentence and write the missing word

The 52 words

all, am, are, at, ate, be, black, brown, but, came, did, do, eat, four, get, good, have, he, into, like, must, new, no, now, on, our, out, please, pretty, ran, ride, saw, say, she, so, soon, that, there, they, this, too, under, want, was, well, went, what, white, who, will, with, yes.

Who it is for

Made for kids about 4 to 6. Print at 100% on US Letter paper (A4 works with “Fit to page”). One word per page, so you can print only the words your child is learning this week.
